I had such a great time with a friend at this paint studio. The bilingual teacher was very sweet and helpful. She provided us with a tea, snacks and cozy atmosphere while guiding us every step of the way through the painting process. It was super relaxing and you can take this traditional painting as a DIY souvenir, nicely wrapped up as a remembrance of your experience. Highly recommended activity with friends or your partner^^.

We took a traditional Korean painting class with Danu. It was incredible ! Danu is a passionate and patient artist, she explained everything in details and helped us as many times as we needed.
And the cherry on top, she is so funny ! So you'll laugh while making your own piece of art.

My experience here was so relaxing and lovely. It’s incredible to learn about the traditional Korean painting techniques as well as get to try it out. I did the 2 hour class but the teacher is quite flexible and also extremely friendly and welcoming. Everyone there was laughing and having a great experience. There aren’t many gifts I can think of that would be more special to bring home than this. I highly recommend doing the class.

We had a lovely afternoon at 삼원화방 learning to paint traditional Korean style. The class lasted two hours and was available in Korean and English. The art teacher was amazing and so kind and she even gave us tea and snacks.
You can reserve a class or if she has open spots, you can just walk in.
True value for money and would definitely recommend it!

I absolutely recommend this amazing experience of a traditional Korean painting class. We did the 2 hour art class, but stayed for about 2 1/2 hours. The owner/teacher explains perfectly meanings, methods and techniques of this art form. The locations spreads a feel-good vibe whilst tasteful music is playing and tea plus snacks are offered. The owner/teacher speaks fluent English, is very helpful and friendly. So, if you are searching for a unique creative experience in Jeonju, go live out your artistic side.
