ヒーリングプログラムを受けるために宿泊しました。|クリスタルシンギングボールでゆったりとリラックス、一緒に横になっていたみなさんの中にはぐっすりと眠っている方もいました。||森も整備されていて、コースがあり、漢挐山の山麓ならではのすばらしい森の中を歩くことができました。||夕食の韓食も、一つ一つの素材がすべておいしく、特にお米が素晴らしかったです。丁寧に作られたおかず、風味豊かなキムチ、デザートに出てきたオメギトックはキャラメルソースといただいたらまた新しい味覚の世界が広がりました。||お部屋もよかったです。|シャンプー等が全て固形のバースタイルなのもよかったです。

済州島の自然を満喫できる素敵なロケーションでした。お部屋からの眺めは残念ながらウェブサイトで見たような向きではなかったようで、中庭を向いていたのが残念でした。とにかくがらーんと人が居なく、ロビーの広いラウンジには人っ子一人おらず、ピアノを弾いている方が一人いるだけでした。でも、駐車場には車が沢山。とにかく他の宿泊者と遭遇することがほとんどなく、不思議でしたが、静かな環境なので、それは良かったです。ただ、お部屋の外にゴミと思われるビニール袋を出してある方が居て、それが一日の終わりに帰ってきてもそのままだったり、エレベーター横の床になぜか置きっぱなしになっている工具のようなものが、一日中そのまま放置されていたのには、少々驚きました。あと、残念だったのが、お部屋にはシャワーしかなく（バスタブ付きのお部屋もあったのかもしれませんが。。）、スパに行けばお湯に浸かれるからなのかもしれませんが、それも無料ではなかったです。それと、チェックインカウンターの方の対応が少々雑な感じでした。英語があまりできないだけかもしれませんが、早く立ち去って欲しい態度が見え見えでした。

国際会議に参加するため、会場となったＷＥホテルに２泊しました。山の上にあり、海岸からは遠く、近隣は森があり歩いてはどこにもいけません。会議でずっとホテルにいたため、きれいで静かな環境はよかったですが、観光に来て泊まるところではないと思いました。お食事は大変おいしかったです。

幼児を連れて3人で泊まりました。|広々としたエントランスと天井の高いカフェが印象的。|部屋も清潔で、日本語堪能なスタッフが親切。ベビーベッドあり。

I visited the WE hotel earlier this year in March. Beautiful pristine hotel very quiet perfect for families, couples and friends. Hidden away in picturesque forestry lovely walks in the sunshine and at the beginning of spring it was so beautiful and relaxing. The hotel itself was very clean, foreigner friendly and very helpful staff. Especially the hotel manager whose name I failed to obtain but was a wonderful gentleman assisting with the breakfast service and talking to guests. Lots of choice for continental and local Korean cuisine during breakfast. The manager went over and above to fix my boot that broke during my stay! I was very grateful to him! Rooms very clean and spacious for the three girls staying in the one room and the best bit was the spa facilities included! The best bit however was the spa! I loved using the hot tub outside, the sauna, pool inside everyday! Felt so relaxed and since we visited jeju island first during our trip to South Korea it was a relaxing start to wind down and forget all stresses. Be mindful in the changing rooms everyone strips down with no clothes in showers/changing rooms (I’m from London and they do not do this here) but normal there I believe and by the end of my stay I embraced it too haha! I loved the With Moment facial serum and toner they had in the changing rooms which were free to use but they do not sell internationally :(||Would happily stay here again (very reasonably priced) and recommend to everyone looking for peace and quiet and relaxation 🫶🏽

추석 연휴에 제주 WE호텔에서 가족과 함께 2박 3일을 보내며 소중한 추억을 만들었습니다. 넓은 자연 속에서 편안히 쉴 수 있었고, 직원분들의 친절한 배려가 마음에 깊이 남았습니다. 특히 총지배인님께서 셰프로 직접 고객과 소통하시는 모습은 따뜻하고 특별한 경험이었습니다.|숲 체험 프로그램도 즐거웠지만, 가족들이 만든 작품을 함께 감상하는 시간이 있었다면 더 아름다운 추억이 되었을 것 같습니다. 전반적으로 기대 이상으로 만족스러운 여행이었고, 다시 찾고 싶은 호텔입니다.

2023년 12월에 방문했어요. 사진 폴더를 통째로 삭제해버려서, 텍스트 리뷰만 쓸게요. 같이 갔던 일행한테 언젠가 사진 받으면 추가할게요.
산으로 둘러싸여 있어서 조용해요. 투숙객이랑도 잘 마주치지 않았고, 객실 방음도 준수한 편이에요. 호텔 산책로가 잘 되어있어서 기대를 많이 했어요. 근데 당시 제주도에 강풍이 불고 눈이 내려서, 산책로는 한번도 이용을 못했어요.
투숙객 대상으로 하는 웰니스 프로그램 중에 아쿠아 무브먼트를 선택했어요. 데스크에 있던 직원이 갑자기 옷 벗고 프로그램을 진행해요. 짧은 시간인데 정말 재밌어요. 온갖 스티로폼 같은걸 끼고하는데 시간이 금방 지나갔어요.
그리고 수영장이랑 온천이 있었는데, 수영장은 물이 차갑다고 느껴졌어요. (물 온도가 한 25도 정도 되는 느낌인데, 방문했을 때가 추워서 더 춥다고 느껴졌어요)
주변에 상가가 없기 때문에 먹을거는 미리 사서 들어와야하는게 단점이네요. 다른건 다 좋았어요.

This hotel was in a beautiful setting, surrounded by forest with some short walks available from the hotel, with a fantastic view of the forest and coast out our window. |It was also accessible - part of the reason we chose it is because we didn't have a car and they offer a shuttle service into Jungmun, where you can get a bus down to the beach or on to Seogwipo. It's also easy to get a taxi to other locations closeby such as Seogwipo natural forest.|The staff at the hotel were all really friendly and helpful, offering recommendations. And Tak the concierge manager, and his colleagues, were fantastic in helping us get to the hotel and around.|The facilities of the hotel were also excellent - a lovely indoor and outdoor pool, health facilities, and a comfortable lobby with a piano player in the evening. |The restaurant served good quality food, with plenty of vegetarian options for breakfast and dinner, and the staff were very attentive.|We would highly recommend this hotel, we had a very relaxing stay here and it was also a well located base to explore the surrounding areas.
